"No reasonable person would believe what they say is facts"
That's a quote for an actual legal filing from fox around Tucker Carlson. Fox news is in fact entertainment and not news.

You have to read it the whole thing, so it may take you a few days, but I'll give you the Cliff's Notes version.
TC is making assumptions to play out a scenario to show how it may or may not make sense, and says this as part of the intro:
We’re going to start by stipulating that everything Michael Cohen has told the feds is absolutely true. Now, assuming honesty isn’t usually a wise idea with Michael Cohen, but for the sake of argument, let’s do it in this case, everything he says is true, why is what Cohen is alleging a criminal offense?
Fox News again moved to dismiss. The motion argues that when read in context, Mr. Carlson’s statements “cannot reasonably be interpreted as facts”
So BY DEFINITION the assumptions and scenarios are not FACTS and not presented as FACTS. They are presented as possibilities.

I’ll take Hannity’s reporting on “Russian Collusion” over any one else on the planet. He was 100% right, and a million more “news” agencies were 100% WRONG.
