It's beyond just.....wrong.
As for the TikTok guy, he's wrong. There are over 6,000 people FEDERALLY convicted of marijuana possession. Unfortunately, almost every single one of those 6,000 odd people, are also convicted of possessing 500lbs of marijuana, or distribution, or manufacture of several tons of pot. So you expunge their simple possession conviction and they then only have 213 more years to serve in the federal pen, instead of 215 years.

Who were arrested for far larger distribution crimes and pled down to simple possession.
I’d wager that the number of those who were arrested for and convicted of simple possession alone is a significant minority, especially at the federal level.

I'm not a Biden fan, but he doesn't seem intent on undermining democracy. I can't say that about Trump; that's one of my big problems with him.
I don't really care that he cheated on his wife and had to pay off pr0n star; that's none of my business. I mean it does prove he has zero character, but that's mostly his business to an extent. But two years later he's still in set on carrying on the big lie, even when his cabinet and family have let that cat out of the bag.

But I'm not sure why people get hung up on whether or not Trump is better than Biden. That's like saying, "Well, are you going to sit there and tell me getting eat alive by badgers is better than getting eaten alive by wolverines?!"
They're both #### presidents. Move on and get over Trump. Put someone new in office in 2024.
