based upon their well established track record of back handed compliments at best and blatant sabotage at worst in each utterance during every Clemson telecast for several years now, I would prefer to watch the game in private with 80,000 of my rowdy friends and nary a trace of their arrogant presence and smug adolescent giggles after another self adulating double entendre that anyone outside the immediate odor of the room can readily ascertain as the stench of everything wrong in collegiate sports today.
Not to mention I really don't like them.

Clemson fans felt the same way about the LSU game that Pollack and Lou did. If you go back and read the posts before that game you will see that the overwhelming majority believed LSU would man handle us.
You'll also recall that Clemson did not sell our allotment in the "Peach" Bowl for the what is probably the first time ever.
The point is simple, Dabo is doing a lot to change the culture here at Clemson. Last year was the first year in more than a decade that we didnt have a "###.???"game. The next thing to accomplish is sustained success against competent competition, which has only occurred once in the last 20 years......the tear to end 2003 and remember how we started 2004?

I couldn't disagree with you more sir. Having GameDay at our campus will further elevate our brand. Think of the hype when we win. It can only help. If we lose (with GameDay there or not) we would lose the same amount of respect. If we win (despite the back-handed compliments) we'll put the college football world on notice. An "A-She-She" (clever) school just went 2-1 against SEC schools. Plus, Brent and Herbstreet will probably announce our game. They've always been pretty fair to us. Herbie always seems to want us to do good, but we've let him and the rest of Tiger Nation down at times. Go Tigers.

I will be glad to treat you to the finest meal served in Clemson at a future meeting between us if a reasonable person would say that Clemson and Georgia are treated equally, fair and square if you will, and that great sportsmanship was exhibited by the various announcers throughout the course of the long game day telecast. If such is not the case, then I will be sad for nothing will have changed. Nothing at all.

Oh don't worry my friend. ESPeoN isn't there to cover Clemson, I can assure you. They want to showcase an $EC team but nothing will be better than to have the Tarholes beat the Coots and us beat the dawgs on Saturday primetime.

Squarely on the head! Sickining as it is, E$PIN will be there to cover "Jawja", not Clemson.
Pre-game talk will surround on Aaron Murray and HIS "quest" for an "SEC Championship, The talented Duo of Gurley/Marshall and how "close" THEY were last year to the MNC, etc..
Hardly a word will be mentioned about the fact that OUR All-American quarterback, a legitimate NFL Draft pick returned for his Senior year to help HIS team or that Sammy Watkins is electric, etc.
On a "bright" note though, they "may" mention that Clemson did "upset" LSWHO in the CFA Bowl or that we run the HUNH offense.
NO MATTER! - When we CURBSTOMP their beloved $EC W.hore in primetime, the nation will know that they were biased all along!
**And Lee Corso??? - please curse the Dawgs by putting on the ugly UGGA hat on before the game!

Other than the fact that the game will be interrupted every 5 minutes with "breaking news" that the sec has won the last 7 NCG's it will be nice to have them there.

criticise Dabo's leaving Tajh in the game, thus risking life and limb, long after the dogs rollover and play dead?
Who else will openly criticise the officials when pass interference is called on uGAY's babybuttsoft secondary when they facemask-tackle Sammy while the ball is in the air?
Knowing the dog fans will be gone mid-fourth quarter we need these guys here to have someone at hand who needs it shoved up their azzes with a red hot poker.
