Lindley was doing fine why pull him?

I would have put in Austin Gordon. From this point forward, if we have a save situation the best pitcher should pitch. I don’t care if it’s the starter from the previous day.

You’re not a coach and it shows. Throwing 90 pitches at 90 mph is what it is. If he starts and reliefs, he’d surely be ruined shortly. Then we don’t have him at all.

Because we lost our DH earlier in the game when we put Ingle into catch. Lindley's spot in the order came up so they pinch hit for him.

We lost the DH because Grice stayed in the game to play first base. Ingle had to go into catch when Grice moved to first base. I agree with not letting Lindley hit for himself was a mistake. Our bullpen has a long way to go. The simple solution is to recruit better players and I have no doubt that will come.
