college- clock does not stop on incomplete pass except for final 2 minutes of the half?
Other significant changes??

I believe another change is the clock does not stop on a gained first down.

That's the way that corporate American life has become, have you seen a Snickers bar lately, and we pay a lot more for that miniature candy bar, and it can't be blamed on anything other than Big Business G R E E D! ! !
The saddest part is, they could make the candy bar bigger and sell it for less if it wasn't for the high cost of lobbyist to make sure that government don't get in their way of making their life easier, and working America life harder. The absolute cause equals G R E E D!!!

The competition committee or whoever makes the rules don't care how much tickets cost. Pretty much every sport is making an effort to shorten games.

We will still have as many TV time outs and the officials will still take 27min to review each close.call.

Absolutely, it's being designed to get more and longer commercial time to help satisfy corporate America Greed, and we haven't seen nothing yet. It won't be that far down the road that we see a new rules change that will only allow college FB to use only 3 downs, not 4 to move the FB 10 yds, and that time will also be used for the TV viewers to see more commercials. I mean that's the reason they're destroying college FB as we knew it, it's to obtain the biggest areas for viewership that will be divided up between the two richest leagues!!!
What they can't see, or they just don't understand that they are slowly driving a wedge between the TV viewers and the college game it's self by taking valuable minutes out of the game that Americans love. It don't matter the relationship, to much pressure on a relationship is what ends them, and they are putting to much pressure on American FB, and right now more people than we notice yet are walking away from their relationship with college FB. They won't stop until they have went way to far to change it back. Just look at at how many Americans walked away from the NFL, and still millions of those who walked away has never come back, and I'm one of those NFL viewers. It's been many years since I've watch one complete NFL game bc Big Business and player greed ruined the NFL for me for more than 20 years now!!!!

Not correct. The rule change is about first downs, not incompletions.

That’s what I thought. I had seen the clock will only stop for the ball to be placed after a first down during the last 2 minutes of each half. Had not seen any changes regarding incomplete passes.

Yes. We have to make time for more commercials.
The flip side is that an air raid can now kill a clock and control time of possession. (Not that I am biased or anything)
