It was also the first game of the season for them. They’re O line may have gotten a little better since then.

Are you watching Rattler? He is probably the most composed QB we will play this year. He throws a beautiful ball, is extremely accurate, ecen while scrambling, and throws the ball where their RB's and receivers can run with it. I hate that ...... but denying the truth isn't going to change it.

He has a lousy team around him. He is the only reason the coots have won anything this year and the one guy who keeps playing to win on every down until 00:00.
do I think he is some mega star? NO. He does do everything that he can do to make/extend plays.
I'd still prefer to have Cade than him of course but you have to recognize the threats from an enemy and assess them realistically. Their OL is bad and they have caused him to get flattened numerous times.

Rattler is a gamer. He torched us last year. He is hard to get down and rarely turns it over. We have to shut down their rb Anderson and Wiggins will need another great game because he will have Legette. This will take an FSU game plan without the turnovers to win.

I've watched him since HS. My daughter went to high school with him. When he has time, he is very accurate. When he is rushed and loses his composure, he becomes an INT machine. He played great against us last year. I do not anticipate a repeat performance because I think our D is going to live in his backfield.

He's not as good as Maye and has worse receivers and USC's RB isn't as good.

The guy plays quite well considering he has no pass protection and they can't run the ball at all. If Clemson covers Legette, SC may not score.

Rattler makes things happen when he is flushed. Accurate throwing on the run. Maybe the game plan should be keep him in the pocket.

He’s a great qb. Without him I doubt they’d have won 4 games total in the last 2 years. That being said I don’t think he’s better than Hartman, Maye or Travis and our defense has held up well against them. Same story every week. Don’t turn the ball over.

Pretty much agree ....... the only reason they have won any games, other than cupcakes.
Hartman wasn't effective against us for the same reason Cade is often not very effective ...... lack of quality receivers. If we can shut down Legette, that will be part of Rattler's problem.

For MOST QBs flushing them left or right takes away at least half their options and Rattler falls in the "most" category. He just can't be allowed to turn up the field. Better yet, just sacked him where he stands.
