PSA.I ate lunch with my attorney today at Firehouse

Subs. I watched 7 tables empty while we were eating. Not one of them got cleaned by the staff before I left. No one else came had taken one yet but people were in line...seems like they would have a person cleaning them as soon as they were empty...

Similar experience at Publix. Went to get some apples...

The publix worker was touching them with his hands to put them on the rack. 2 people in front of me both fumbled thru the apples to get the perfect ones.
Then the Publix worker didn't even spray them with Lysol. Suggested to rinse with water, lol. Like water is going to do anything to a virus.

I don't know about apples, but the virus can live up to 3 weeks on bananas. So I've been buying bananas and leaving them on my front porch for three weeks before bringing them inside to eat them. Staying safe. I do the same thing with milk just in case cows can carry the virus too. And I read the virus can be transmitted person-to-person through sex too, hmmmm?

I bet the milk is delicious after 3 weeks of sitting on the porch. That is a genius idea.

Nothing better than a meal of 3 week old bananas and milk from the porch. The chunkiness of the milk is balanced out perfectly by the sweetness of the black banana mush. I have been doing that with my chicken breasts too. 3 weeks minimum on porch.

I had to stand behind the lady in Publix who needed to fumble through all the Navel Oranges to find 3 perfect ones. I was thinking, "Lady if touch one more orange, this is gonna be like that scene in the Hustler where they break Paul Newman's thumbs."

My favorite restaurant serves Vietnamese food and I won't be dining in for a while. Doesn't make much sense at this point IMO. Carry out is just fine.
I'm dying for some pho.

I'm pretty sure they didn't clean them last year. Or the year before that or the year before that after every person got finished eating. And next year when the the flu is bad they probably wont clean them then either. And unless you want your meal price to sky rocket because their having to hire additional help to just clean tables, i dont blame them.
Best thing for many of you to do is just walk outside, shoot a deer or bear(trigger alert liberals), take it in, clean and eat it that way you never have to leave your house again.
Settle down people, you'll be ok. Your more likely to salmonella from most of these restaurants than you are the Wuhan.
And here's a tidbit for you, alot of restaurant employees do not wash their hands after pissing, gasp!
On the bright side, 6 months from now(November) , the Wuhan will magically disappear. It will be a miracle, the first pandemic wiped out by an election.

You are 100% correct. I’ve been saying that this will disappear after the election since the beginning.

Of course it won’t ‘disappear.’ It might even recur.
But it will disappear from the hourly and daily news cycle. THAT’S what matters.

Could your attorney's name by chance be Algonquin J Calhoun? Just curious.

At Mercedes-Benz in Wilmington they all wear masks and gloves. They also don't go on test drives with the customer. Then they disinfect the entire car. They are on it.

Right.
Restaurants doing dine-in are using disposable dishes and plastic ware when possible, takeout cups instead of glasses and disposable paper menus.
They are closing down certain tables but not rotating them, so the same tables get reused repeatedly without being wiped down or cleaned off.
Every restaurant I’ve used this week HAS been using masks and gloves. (Mi Rancho and Diablo’s in Evans, GA and Fatz in Greenwood.)
