To throw the same object a further distance would mean it's initial velocity would have to be greater.

Physics is tough.
Also, yeah, Lawrence has a cannon but there’s video of Uiagalelei throwing it 85+ yds. DJ’s motion is a bit more elongated, however.

Well you know throwing motion and launch angle come into play. If shot out of a cannon at the same angle you would be correct. It is possible for somebody to throw a 20 yard route faster than another person but then that other person throw a deep ball faster.

But also don't really care. I was just busting your ornaments, or twisting your udders if you're of the finer sex (equal treatment and joshing for all).
I think the point that should be driven home is that both of them can throw it harder and faster than Bentley.

Here in Tnet a few weeks ago participating in a distance throwing competition or something of the like at a camp. The caption portion mentioned him being able to throw a ball 75 or so yards? Anyone remeber that? Regardless of who has a stronger arm I think everyone can agree he and TL both have rocket launchers.

Where ever DJ attends, that team will be a contender for the FBS Championship. He is that good. 6' 4 1/2" and 240 lbs of talent. He would shine at Clemson with our offensive scheme and players. He would also benefit from the culture and coaching staff at Clemson.

There is a video online of DJU throwing a football in the neighborhood of 80 yds in the air . Now I don't know about accuracy but an OLine would have to hold up about 7 seconds just for the WR to get downfield that far .

DJ is said to have thrown 70+ starting his freshman year and with him being 240 I wouldn't put it past him at all, that's a big dude and I would LOVE to see him playing for Clemson.
