So our chances are the same as Florida's ? Are they still in the SEC?

They were on our schedule last year and were soft. We've beaten them 3 times in a row, time to give someone else some pain

and have family that still are. I hate VT and enjoy beating them as much as anyone. Clearly our last three games have shown we've turned the corner on the bad chapter we had with them

I'd say we've had some good payback the past few years

- Completely humiliating them in their home stadium - Completely humiliating them in front of the whole ACC - Dismantling them last year
We still owe them a couple more beat-downs, but I'm pretty happy with the current status.

and I would say those were sounder beatings than the score indicates. If we could bottle some of that for the coots I'd love it

Not even thinking NC right now.

Just thinking about our first game versus Georgia. Take it one match at a time, and the rest will take care of itself.

coming off of a great season.opening against a team who many expect us to beat but could possibly challenge for the nat title themselves.the first game could set the tone.

This team reminds me nothing of any Tommy Bowden Teams...

Way too much fire in the coaching staff, and leadership on the team.
Expect the Offense to be even better, and the Defense to be dramatically better (it's their turn to shine).

and that worked out pretty good for us.
Also, the 2008 team had a very inexperienced offensive line, which Mt. Cody and Co. were able to absolutely destroy. The O-Line should be a strength this year, or at very least not be a hindrance.

That 2008 game was against a very good Alabama team that lost one game to the NC Florida Gators in SEC Title game and one game to an undefeated Utah team that might have been better the Florida! The problem with 2008 is that they started second guessing what they were doing offensively and defensively after the butt kicking we received from Alabama... Alabama was likely the 3 or 4th best team in the nation that year....

They've beaten us four straight. Would you rather we lost four in-a-row to a weak team? Losing to them stings like 'you-know-what,' but we didn't lose to nothing teams. I hate that USuC is good (or hopefully WAS good), but what I'm sick of hearing and what makes me want to PUKE is this love affair the media has with the SEC and their claims that they are unstoppable. I guess just joining the SEC makes you better. Just ask aTm.
