Last time I went to Duke, our dearly beloved

Tommy Bowden lead the 5-4 Clemson Tigers to a last second field goal loss to an awful Duke team. They had one or two wins I think. Anyway, I remember the Duke students filling the stadium as things got tight towards the end.
This is not that Clemson program.
I full well expect that to become abundantly clear Monday night!
Clemson by a million.

The week after going down and beating #10 Miami. Mike O'Cain said the Duke defense confused him lol. Typical Tommy Bowden team.

Wasn't that the week after we upset Miami on the road? My condolences seeing that travesty in person. Losing to a Ted Roof-coached team should be a Felony in all states.

I was there in 2007. It was a chilly day with bright blue skies. The Duke side made no sounds at all. It was strange. Their fan base just did not care at all.

I was at that game too. It was such a different environment from Death Valley. We sat on the 50-yard line behind the Clemson bench. I knew we were in trouble when DURING the game we watched LB Leroy Hill and many of the other starters trying to get the attention of the female Duke cheerleaders. They had their backs to the field and could have cared less about what was going on in the third quarter on the field.

Correction. 1,000,003. Clemson will kick a 70 yard field goal with 1 second left in the half after a Duke fumble.

I was at that game as well... I worked at Duke at the time and talked mad trash in the lead up to the game (as we had just beaten Miami the week before). I did NOT want to go in on Monday.
