Getting to the playoffs and getting blown out.

Its happened to other teams before as well.

Those teams earned the right to be there but for whatever reason they get blown out in a playoff game.... well then... that is the way that cookie crumbled... even when it was gently picked up.

Not sure earned the right is going matter. Weak CFP matchups/games are bad for business and TV. The 12 team format helps a bit by not eliminating close teams. CFP bye for top teams helps too!

The team that gets the bye could get their doors blown off. Their star player could get hurt in practice before that game happens. Its all a money grab and in a way thats pretty pathetic and sickening to tarnish the sport even more like that. 8 teams with no bye
week is a lot more fair.
