Are we back in rankings?

Listen. You can sit there and say and think all you want that we only have played two low tier teams the last 2 weeks.

But, so are other teams like Alabama, Texas, ND, etc. And guess what? They’re struggling against them. If any one of these teams played like they did today on the road at Duke in the opener, they would also lose or come very close. I mean there has just been an incredible shift from how dominated college football was. Every game is a toss up it seems like.

Besides that, the offense has really started to come along. And it is looking much better from years past. Yes DJ and Streeter had some high scoring games, but there wasn’t rhythm like we have now.

I think the FSU game will pull us because they want a ranked matchup for publicity. But I think we actually should be ranked.

Should have never fallen out at this point. This is a top 25 team that should not have been voted out. Idiots in the AP should not have votes.

But the AP voting us out after last week just shows the real and existing biases that they have.

There should be zero bias used. And specifically, confirmation bias, recency bias, or any. They have a confirmation bias on Clemson. They already want to ruin Clemson, and when they get a chance to destroy us they do it.

If any one of those voters paid real close attention to how the Duke game played out, we would not have dropped 16 rankings. After a week 1 game. Also keep in mind that Duke is likely a top-ACC team, maybe even a top-10 team. Our game was close, and we ruined it with mistakes.

I understand why we were dropped after the first half against Charleston Southern, but the Duke loss drop was unbelievable.

Should not have been dropped out though. I would have left the Tigers somewhere between 20-25.
