or is everyone else getting sick and ******* tired of the lousy officiating that has permeated the ACC for decades with absolutely zero accountability whatsoever?

Honestly, I never try to wear the orange-colored glasses on officiating, yet we do get some inexplicable calls against us. I also see a lot of holding on our defensive players that never get called. No worries though basketball is almost here and we always get a fair shake in that haha

I can confirm the officiating last Saturday was terrible as were the announcers. Both seemed to be clueless.

It was that one Official that kept making those terrible calls. the rest seem to do a good job.

Primarily to see what I was missing on the roughing the passer call.
On replay the announcers said something to the effect of:
Well...(5 second pause)...I think he missed that call.
2nd announcer...Yeah, that was a bad call.

I don't see any difference between calls in ACC games and calls in other games. Fans will never like refs if a call goes against them but all refs are professionals and call what they see.

Once you figure that out, then ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that an ACC official does MAKES PERFECT SENSE.

I've just gotten used to sorry officiating. I expect to have to overcome a few bad calls per game. They may as well just remove "Holding" from the rule book, because it is so rarely called anymore. Holding in football is like the 3 second lane violation in basketball... worthless.

Siriusly, they are even awfuller.
I'd say the ACC's main problem is inconsistency on penalty calls.
