ACC record by eking out lucky one-point last second wins against bad teams. But Ws are way better than Ls. If we lose less than 5 games in February, then WATCH OUT! Here come the Tigers!
What’s awesome is how this team has somehow found the grit to overcome Brad’s tendency to lose leads against really bad teams and panic and choke in close games. Snatching a 1-point victory over 1-7 VT and then today against 5-6 FSU. As a Clemson Letterman and former scholarship athlete, it must take a ton of gumption to overcome those kind of flaws in your head coach. My hat’s off to these kids!

I would tell you to be kind. That they are the best teams with 7 or less wins in the country. But that isn’t true. There are more than a half dozen with seven or less wins ranked ahead of them.

he may be getting close to stepping down, this FSU roster just does not resemble those that could go 7 players into his bench and boat race teams out of their own gym. This would leave old Brownell the longest, active ACC men's ball coach, excluding Jim Boeheim of course, but he came late to the party.

you “Rank” a team that has a 14pt lead against the, at the time, 205th RANKed team and then has to luck out a 1pt win - with the soon-to-be 204th RANKed team having possession at the end with a legit chance to win the game ? ?
