another site offering "details" on the contract negotiations between D rad and BB
the reporter states buyout will be reduced, but he will be extended for a year or two for recruiting purposes
it's a mute point if the ultimate buy out is less, but man how can anyone with a straight face think BB gets more years

You answered your own question. DRad gives CBB at least one added year to recruit, but reduces his ridiculous buyout so if Brownell has a less than NCAA tourney outcome he can either walk away or be fired. I have mixed feelings on CBB having another year, but by example it took Coach Young at Wofford multiple seasons of "so so" BB before his teams won the SoCon.

Now that CBB has a renovated LJC and supposedly some new younger staff coming he should be held to a higher standard or be gone.
