If u had to chose between Ohio state and LSU

In the first game , what will be your preference regardless of location? I know Clemson can handle both but wanted to know if you had a preference or not ..:
My preference is Ohio state thinking it is the weaker of the two.

LSU. Expose them and keep the overrated SEC out of the championship game.

The Tigers should and likely will be ranked ahead of LSU in the final poll because of their mediocre defense. Playing the faux Tigers in Atlanta again would be fantastic.

I dont know if we are better or worse than those teams, but I definitely think OSU is more well rounded than LSU. I think we would have an easier time with LSU.

Elementary economics from my perspective.

The SEC has taken the lion's share of playoff money since the playoff began. Before that they took way more than a fair share of the bowl money. I'd like to put LSU out first to lessen the SEC's income as much as possible.
Don't accuse me of being less emotional for viewing this from an economics first perspective. I'm passionate enough to see the SEC suffer.

The only possible way for both to get in, is if Georgia beats LSU close. If LSU beats Georgia, they’re out (not to mention they might slip up before the conference title game). Your premise would need to include Oregon, Utah, or Oklahoma as the 4th team.

Simple.
1. OSU 2. Clemson 3. Georgia (LSU has no defense) 4. LSU
Unfortunately the Tigers and Dawgs go to Arizona to play but the winner will be the national champ.

NO WAY that OSU would play an SEC team in Atlanta. If they are one they play in Arizona.

that's a really neat question. before offering my preference I gotta say I know too little of either to have a well informed opinion.
I want an SEC team first. I want every school in that conf to want no part of Clemson and I want the narrative promoted by the talking heads to be that the SEC has nothing to stop Clemson. deprive them of good publicity, hope, money... I want them down first and with force.
my preference is based not on some hatred of LSU. but the fact that we've all been force fed this SEC us superior narrative for way too ling. Neither do I have any love for Ohio. I want them crushed again too, but they are distant competition for recruits so defeating them would not seem to offer as much in the way of residual benefits
