He should improve if those positions improve. I hope the game slows down for him some more next year.

We just need to go with slants and other quick strikes until he can complete those downfield with more accuracy. Very little WR screens.

Exactly, for Cade to get better the game will have to slow down, especially inside his head. But as asked if OL and WR improvement will help Cade improve in 2024, I say yes from the first game of the season we should see a 20-25% improvement from Cade, and that will mean that the game has slowed for him, and we will then see improvement each week from Cade. I think with the OL coach change, our RBs yds per carry should improve and that will help the game to slow down for Cade bc the defenses won't be attacking Cade about every down that the ball is snaped to him. Big things from Cade next season...

We will see improvement with improving those around him, but the biggest leap will come from the work he puts in himself, and from coaching him through some of his footwork, progressions/reads, passing technique (floating his deep balls, throwing off the back foot), pocket presence, and finding his open receivers.

Yep, he never had any pocket presence last season, but that was mostly bc he didn't trust the OL to hold blocks, and for him stepping up wasn't a choice for him.

a lot of imrovement, his accuracy and effectiveness from a clean pocket was really high
