Because if its not coaching, then we have missed on virtually every recruit over the last several cycles. Seems improbable. Thing is, that would be on the coaches too.

Still not proof. All anyone can have on a “what if” situation is an opinion. I could say “if Dabo fired both of those guys, the starters at those positions would have transferred” - prove me wrong, and I would be just as “right”.

I get the Grisham hate. Our WRs are still pretty bad.
But I’m confused about the Austin hate. I feel like our OL has played fine. We are only going to lose Putnam for 2024. He signed a great class last year. This unit has a lot of potential moving forward.

The oline play has not been good the last 2 games. Duke may have been the best game so far. Pass pro and the inability to get good push on inferior competition concerns me.

Surely, you've been watching this OL struggle against really weak competition. Haven't you?
I remember Dabo talking about Leigh arriving overweight and weak. I think Linthicum has weight room/ body comp issues as well. Parker and Putnam were both highly recruited as well and being pushed around.
Are they missing theses evaluations or are they not developing the talent? It's either one, the other, or a combination of both.
How is Austin not culpable? What is his job? I was super excited to see him recruit so well finally but the product has been the same.

Austin is not the Strength and Conditioning team. Not getting push at times is a strength issue, if you watch pad level is good, most angles are good, they are using their hands and not catching, but simply put the dont have that power needed to consistently handle bigger guys. FAU has decent size in the middle, pretty sure i heard one guy was like 350 down from 370.
