....I know that perhaps only Saban & Bryant may be listed by some, and CDS only needs one more to match Rockne, but to have CDS mentioned in that names of those greats is what I'm talking about.

...his story is compelling. I'd love to have the chance to learn all of the details of his life story.
He is an incredibly inspiring person, and I personally have benefited from just listening to his outlook on life, his drive to never quit, his demand for excellence.
I'm thinking that if this story is done right, we're talking Academy Awards type of story.
I know I may be going a bit too far here, but it is just how I'm feeling about what CDS has done for Clemson University, as well as his players.
It was hard for me to see Danny take the back seat to CDS, but it has happened. CDS took it to heights that only he could see at the time.
Clemson Football is now the model program for the nation.

I think it's too soon for the "Dabo Swinney Story," but I think it will happen. And regarding Danny Ford, Clemson, the athletic department and Dabo have been respectful to him and acknowledged his contributions.

He is a PR dream — enthusiastic, smart, funny, creative. Always has something clever to say that clearly speaks to his audience. I really get tired of those who call him a clown and deride his "aw shucks" persona, like it's a boring act. He is as genuine as they come ... and his players know it.

My wife and I sat on the couch streaming the whole event. At one point during Dabo’s speech we looked at each other and both had tears in our eyes.
It’s just so incredibly special. Words don’t describe it.
