Dabo got people off of his back real quick about using the transfer portal by suggesting that we had NFL players returning to school and that the portal wasn't needed. Sadly appears to be all a ruse and there will be another step back in talent on this team next year due to these factors!

Right. I thought KJ was 50/50 LAST year. Didn’t even realize until a couple of weeks ago that he was even eligible to come back again. I do think he helped himself by coming back for this year. I don’t think another year would help him as much as this one did. But I sure would have loved to see him come back. He is what our culture is all about.
Last week TD said KJ was really elbowing him to come back. I am a little concerned that KJ, TD and Ruke are all going to do the same thing. If they do it is good for them and our loss. But that is the nature of the best in college sports.

Me either think we are good there, selfishly wanted KJ to come back just because of his leadership. If we can get XT and Ruke back that would be huge
