to pay 9 bucks for a little cup of dippin dot's! I wasn't about to do that, but as hot as it was in the north stands, I would have gladly paid a premium for a big scoop of real ice cream!

We contract out our concessions. I suspect there are pretty strict rules within the contract about the University bringing in its own food products. It would impact the earning potential of the contracted concession company.
