As a Washington fan I can tell you he was a polarizing figure after his one good rookie season, and then was a complete distraction on the team & social media. Didn't like him much at that time, but he's a solid, knowledgeable and entertaining color analyst. Enjoy him on broadcasts lately.

I enjoy him.. entertaining and gives a lot of insight to what the qb could do better or what they are seeing
