I move my feet JUST like Scottie...but my ball doesn't go as far...or as straight....BUT...I can't hit it as far into the rough/trees as he does!

It amazes me how he can move his feet that much and strike the ball as good or most times better than his peers. I have gotten a bad habit of sliding back a little in my backswing and I struggle terribly with consistent strikes. Not sure I’m making contact with his golf swing.

It is amazing. He has great hands to keep everything together thru contact and get all that power.
Love watching him play.
My son and Scottie have the same golf coach. That guy is SaltyTexan for sure

It's here. Ladies with a nice soccer W and volleyball was electric for the opener last night. Men's Soccer will bounce back.
Pulling hard that Lucas can have a special weekend. Jacob has put himself in position to not only make a run at his first pro W but with a solid weekend can secure his PGA card. I really have belief that Jacob can become Clemson's best ever tour player.
Sam's got to have two more career rounds to punch his ticket back to the big boys.

Glad you put this together. This is the story of his tournament this weekend. The number of approaches he's had that come up 20-30 yards short is mind boggling. And I'm talking 8 irons or less. Maybe the course just doesn't suit his eye.
Could so easily be top 5. At least top 10. Thanks for listing.

Gave himself a chance. One more day Jacob. You got this. Kim is just in a zone the last few weeks... but so has Jacob, less his 2nd rnd last week. The difference is his putting. Jacob's scrambling numbers are of the charts but his putting on gir is 32nd. 1.72 per green. Not many one putts. Said it before, it'd be nice to see stats like the PGA. We'd have an idea of the lengths.
We'll see that in January once he's on the big boys tour. I'm thinking if he can scratch out a -3 or -4 round tomorrow, he'll finish top 5. I believe my numbers are correct and it'd give him enough points to be mathematically impossible for him to fall below 30. Hence his card is secured.
Go Tigers. Congratulations to Lucas for hoisting trophies b2b. I'd still pick him as a captains pick. Ain't no quit in him. He'd crush it in alternate shot and best ball and hold his own in matchplay.
