But that's a choice you make. This team showed me they can beat anyone they play if they limit mistakes like fumbles, interceptions, and missed kicks. And they can do this. We have 8 more games in the regular season left including next week's showdown at Syracuse, the trips to Miami and NC State, hosting a much celebrated Notre Dame team in Death Valley, hosting UNC in the Valley for the first time in many years, and getting revenge in Cooterville. Lots to play for! And you NEVER know what will happen in conference play. 10-2 or bust. Plus a New Year's 6 bowl. So 11-2. Too much to give up on this team. We might not make the conference final or the playoffs but 2 loses cannot define how this team can finish. My mindset is positive and on Clemson finishing well. There are only a limited number of years of your life where you get to watch something you enjoy. I plan on putting this game behind me and gearing up for the next rather than sitting around being negative and unhappy about all things Clemson. Its a choice you make. Choose wisely. Go Tigers!

There is nothing meaningful left to play for except pride and to turn the page to next year and start playing the youngsters to get them experience. That is the reality. Whether we the fans “give up” or “don’t give up” does not change this fact. This is where Clemson football stands just 4 games into the season.
And don’t say that we need to win out so we can go to the Kellogg’s Pop Tart Bowl! No-one cares about bowl games! Conf championships and playoff appearances are the only things that matter and the conf championship only matters only when you miss the playoffs. Everybody can play mind games with themselves all they want, but that is the reality we are faced with now.

The way this year has gone I don’t think any of us are worried we will win it, it’s what we stand to lose by getting embarrassed yet again. I’m hoping we can salvage the season into a learning experience of what not to do and not carry any of this with us into next year

It’s good to see other real fans. I just want to win football games, who cares about the other stuff. The ACCCG is still possible. Go Tigers! Can’t wait for next weekend

I agree It sucks bc I think this team is WAY better than the scoreboards have shown to this point but unfortunately that’s what matters… we have been on the other end of a lot of these bad breaks but you need those to have great years… the only thing I don’t agree with is the kicking probs. That’s terrible management us being in that position with one freshman kicker and having to call a kid back to campus that was never really a threat when he was here…I don’t see that turning around this year. I’m not giving up on Gunn I believe he could end up being a great one but he shouldn’t have been the only option as a freshman this year in case it took him some time.

Why do people make these post? “ I’ll still pull for the tigers” , I mean who really cares if you do or not . I’m assuming it’s a recognition/ lack of attention thing, but no one really cares if you watch or go or whatever you do on Saturdays . There seemed to be plenty of people in the stand’s yesterday, so no one cares

Wish I could believe like you. This team has fumbled away a season in a third of the games. It’s done. I’ll be there 4 more times but to watch meaningless games.

I agree AThomas. It amazes me the people who say there is nothing to play for. If that's the case then 80% of the country should quit playing FB. So in their minds it doesn't matter if Clemson beats UNC, SC, ND and the rest of the schedule. 10-2 is a great year which this team can achieve. Enjoy each week and each game, enjoy the journey. If they lose you move on to the next game. Be thankful for the great FB program we have. This down turn is not going to last for long. Look at the great freshman we have who will be studs next year. Go Tigers.
