Yeah as said above the Covid extension really did a number on rosters. It created a log jam which should start to clear after this year. You’ll have a few stragglers, but next season will be a much different CFB landscape.

Has a year left even if they didn’t RS. Considering how many probably RS(shorter season for many), many have 2 years left. 2019 class - anyone that RS can still be around 2024. Considering how many qbs RS their first year, it’s going to be just as big a problem next year and you’re still going to have quite a bit in 2025
