Please explain why he is not a good fit. I read that CBB said of Chauncey that he was a tall guard with a good shot that Clemson needed.

To the kids credit - he’d seen enough to know where the program was headed. Aiming high isn’t making the NIT every few years and then losing at home as a first team out. Wish him luck ..

Simple. Chase hunter (expected) and Alex Hemenway (unexpected) are both returning for another year. Gibson redshirted assuming he would get good minutes next year. Well he’s not now. He didn’t redshirt this season to pretty much ride the pine a lot for next season. He’s basically on the Josh Beadle plan but doesn’t want to do it. Wiggins will start at the 3 and when we sub for him we will go small

this seems to be the logical reason. why stick around if he is not going to get significan minutes?SMU, Creighton and Memphis really liked his potential. it would have been nice to have a long wiry athletic guard but too bad. i think he follows Beard to Ole Miss. He knew he was a good prospect in the state of Texas. i really think Wiggins and/or Godfrey are going to transfer also...
