Do any Clemson people have an inside on Stanley, and who he is leaning towards. Hopefully he will be a Tiger, a Clemson Tiger!!!

He has kept this one very close. Some of his classmates think Ala. Some think SCAR. Have not heard any say Clemson. However, at the high school game last night, he announced SC or Clemson. Don't know if that take Ala out of the equation, or he may have simply only given 2 choices rather than 3 or 4. I do know that he had a Coach from SC come to a game a week or two ago. Have not seen any Clemson coaches at the games.
Short story: No one knows but Donnell and his Uncle Chris.

What an idiots choice that would be with Spurprick on his way OUT. I'm betting that Spurprick is less than 2 years left with the coots!!!

Most kids born and raised in SC have a distinct bias ...

... either to Clemson or SCAR.
It doesn't appear to matter much who the coaches are or who the will be.
It's not always true, but the majority of the time, a Palmetto State recruit's mind is made up long before he makes a commitment.
Some good ones end up going out of state, but they still had a strong bias between Clemson and SCAR if they'd stayed home.

That was a point DF made about Hatfield. DF said that kids in SC grow up, primarily either loving Clemson or usuc, and at that time it was mostly Clemson, because we were so dominant. Hatfield got none of them, and that is primarily why the talent cupboard was empty when he left. If this young man is smart, he will choose us, as spurlid either will be gone or fading away during this young man's time in college. If he's smart or if sees he will be headed to prep school if he chooses Clemson due to our requirements, then he's a coot. I hope he is smart and chooses wisely.

Let him go if thats his choice because we are a heavy lean with a top 5 player nationally and a top OL prospect for 2015 in Mitch Hyatt, I think thats his name, he is out of Georgia and I think has Clemson blood in his family tree...

One thing's for sure, any OL recruit looking at Clemson
Oct 6, 2013, 11:00 PM

is seeing a lot of challenging and relentless work in front of them for the next four to five years with the style of offense we run, the mentality in the coaching staff, and the competition on the team. It's a championship level mindset and they're pushing it in all corners. The kids that pick us have a leg up from the get go making a commitment to those expectations.

Gamecock.
He is not a take for Alabama, performed poorly at their camp. He is way down their board for OL.
Also Stanley has been consistently falling in the recruiting rankings, he has not had a good offseason/summer and his season is not going well either.
