What if any coaching changes do you see Dabo making in off season?

Really I only see two changes maybe. But of course I’m just speaking from a fan’s perspective. Hire Jeff Scott as WR coach. And bring in someone to coach the OL. Those really would be perhaps the only changes I could see Dabo making.

None. If a bowl game is won then zero chance anyone goes anywhere.

Jeff Scott needs to also be involved with recruiting. He is good at it.

the last 4 games. Grisham has just had bad luck with injuries to multiple receivers over the last two seasons, and we have two highly talented receivers coming in.

With that said, there are numerous repeated fundamental issues at WR.

Receiver recruiting has taken a large dip, receiver play has taken a huge dip, receiver fundamentals has taken a huge dip. Grisham is gone.

I will be shocked if so, although I’m hopeful. TA should be first to go.

Saturday was a prime example of Grisham NOT being ready for his role. Wrs not understanding where to look for the ball, sloppy route running, guys have no moves at the line to get hands off of them, and then these wrs don't have the mentality of the ball is theirs if it's in the air.

Multiple players and coaches with the flu. Did you not notice we were having to line up inexperienced TE’s at WR? Of course a negative troll like you doesn’t have the brain power to notice the injury situation we had this past Saturday

Grisham can recruit well. Meaning he has been able to land his targets. But his target recruits have immensely under performed and have all failed to develop into top tier receivers.
So either his ability to develop is subpar or his ability to identify top talent is subpar. Either way he has proven he is not good enough for his job. I’m sorry to say it that way but it is what it is. I’m not good enough to be president. Hell I’m not good enough to be mayor. But I don’t cry about it. I’m happy with what I do and I do it great. Be great at everything you do. Grisham is not a great Coach plain and simple. Same thing with Austin. Love both those guys. They bleed orange and would die for Clemson. But they just aren’t cut out to be coaches. Not everyone is. Do people like them ? Hell yeah they are awesome people. But they are not awesome coaches and the results have shown that. And the timeframe to prove it has gone on long enough.

We all say our receivers are not up to par and I agree. Who recruits and develops receivers. Grisham a very nice guy but has to go. He has turned great receivers playing on other teams. Finally in the ND game some changes and scheme changes in the O line were made. It was a little late. Who recruits and develops O line. Yes Austin has to go.

With the most recent miss in OL recruiting (AJ Dennis to Illinois) I think TA is gone. I agree his line started to trend somewhat upward during the later part of the season but it’s also important there is nowhere to go but up from rock bottom. We need a mid west OL coach.

If Dabo will get out of the way and let Riley truly run the offense, then several coaches may be replaced.
If Dabo is making the decisions no one will be replaced.

Dabo has a waffle house sized situational input sheet. It has nothing whatsoever to do with playcalling.

Does Davo have more relatives? Maybe a cousin who coached youth league soccer or something.
