My thoughts exactly, get rid of Grisham and convince Jeff Scott to come back at WR coach and he can recruit as well as develop talent!

If things go according to plan, we won't have Riley for more than a year or two.... I see Jeff Scott sliding in to OC after Riley moves onto a head coaching job and finishing his career at Clemson... maybe the heir apparent to the HC after Dabo retires.

Getting Jeff back (and Brad is some unofficial Asst Athletic Dept role like he had his last few years) would be huge....

I see Jeff's situation a lot like Brad's. Won the Natty as the OC (Clemson for Jeff, FSU for Brad) and then went onto a head coaching job and for whatever reason it just didn't work out (Brad USC, Jeff USF).

That is just my guess. Dabo isn't going to be here forever (10-15 more years) and I think he will become like Tom Osborne did after he retired from Nebraska. Always having his hand in the program... and just enjoying life in Clemson.

CJS has never coached QBs or called plays or ran the air raid O. Other than that he would be perfect
