Grisham Replacement

Assuming Dabo makes the right call to get rid of Grish after the bowl game, who are the leading candidates that we would want (realistically)? I know people will throw out Jeff Scott, and I personally would love it, but I’m not sure he’d be too keen on going from OC to HC then back to WR coach / recruiting coordinator. So who else would be an Eason style steal for the WR room?

Shut up - you guys are relentless. Fire Brownell, fire everybody, fire Dabo. Just shut up.

Grisham has a higher standard placed on him than Brownell

Chansi Stuckey. I hesitate because he's another Clemson grad BUT he seems to have proved himself in an another actual top-tier college football program. Outside of Nick Eason, we don't have many of those.

Maybe we can get Renfrow to come on back. Sure would beat the pounding you take every week in the NFL.
I’m just kidding of course but would like to see him back in Clemson in the future.

Bro. What? Did you post this with the knowledge ND's biggest weakness was WRs, AND he was just let go after the HC said he wanted to keep his entire staff?

Like I said earlier. Tigernet is full of empty headed old boomers. The best WR coach and recruiter Clemson has ever had is said to be building a house close to Dabo again. It all starts with him. He just has to want to.

We'd go straight to Washington and poach their WR's coach. I would say Hartline from Ohio State, but he's a former player and probably holding out for Day to leave

I'm sure if Jeff Scott comes back as WR coach, he gets an additional title of Assistant or Associate HC. I'm not sure he's going to be receiving a OC or HC job anytime soon, so it's a good way to stay relevant and build your brand back up.
