I would not mind a noon game - only because I'm too excited

I would not mind a noon game - only because I'm too excited to wait until 7pm Saturday. Out of respect to my fellow fans attending the game I hope it stays at 7pm but I'm just saying Saturday is going be the slowest day ever - for those not tailgating at the game.
Also OU OSU and ND UGA games are at night.

7PM puts so many without nearby hotel rooms on the roads again which will be jammed with evacuees.
Saying...

I would think most evacuees would head west, not north to where the storm is still projected to go.
At least that's what I would do if I lived down there.

That's fine, assuming you are going to the game.
However, for someone living in Charleston that is not going to the game I would imagine they would head west instead of north to where the storm is going.

The game should stay at 7pm Sat. Its 3 days prior to the hurricane even coming through S.C., and anyone traveling isn't going to be going back South to much I would assume. The Upstate probably won't get much more than 40mph winds. Game time will probably remain the same.

With a lane reversal those traveling back to the low country will not be able to get home. The game needs to be changed.

From One of my trooper friends, they are planning to not

Do the lane reverals unless the Gov. Orders it. If not, it will not be done, so pump the brakes Haus.

As I stated, it HAS not been ordered to do it. The HWY

Patrol state COL can choose to not do it unless it is ordered. I'm only going off of what my trooper friend said. He said they were having a meeting at 1500 today and I will know more after that.
However, Gov Coot is jumping the gun on this. It's isn't even expected to hit FL until Sunday.

The Governor just indicated mandatory evacuations coming Sat. 10 A.M. with lane reversals. This means those coming the lowcountry best leave Friday or early Saturday to get ahead of matters. Perhaps Clemson and Auburn should examine an afternoon game instead.

Lane reversals are just to the midlands, the game should remain the same.

Tomorrow. Have a hotel room fri and Saturday in Clemson so I'm hoping this game happens...
If not, does the non refundable ($300 per night) hotel room become refundable? Anyone have any idea?
