Real estate supports his horrible fishing habit.
Judge Keller was going to lead an intervention but that ship sailed.

There are over 2,500 licensed realtors...

in the Greater-Greenville Association of Realtors all chasing the same nickel. They better be good, darn good, or they won't survive.
Of course, that number includes the soccer/stay-at-home moms married to doctors and lawyers who play around with real estate part time just to cover the cost of botox, facelifts, and boob jobs.

pics of the various procedures mentioned in order to determine who has spent a lot of money on these things - meaning they have lots of disposable income so they must be really good at real estate, of course.

What most people would call a job. I have never felt like this was a job. I enjoy meeting new people so much it just never feels like work.....until I have to get the home inspection, termite letter, attorney info, repair requests, appraisal issues, title issues, blah blah blah...
All of that is ankle biter stuff...but meeting my buyers and sellers and helping them is enjoyable. And I admit I do love to fish..but you guys have no idea how many times the boat is loaded and I have just pulled out 8f the driveway and I get that call...AND A UTURN IS MADE TO UNHITCH...change blitzes and go to "work".....
