He is not worth nearly what he is being paid. He was good for 2 years to make positive changes, but his O is weak, weak, weak now.

dont be a moron. When he has great players he is great. When he has personnel issues with a so-so QB and weak OL, the offense is not as explosive. If you don't see the correlation, you are truly an idiot.

He is over payed. But he is a phenomenal coach. Boyd was great in his system. Watson is shining. Stoudt just not quite the mold for his system. I think Morris does a great job by choosing the right plays that allow Stoudt to move the ball without single handidly losing the game for us by throwing ints and killing clock. Gotta give Chad some props.
