Of course, Robert Mueller can survive in the private sector. He is well respected for many reasons, among them are his military service and his ability to deal with others in a respectful, bipartisan manner (having served under both Republicans and Democrats). Have you read the Mueller report?

I admire him for that - TigerzzRoar ... But .. what kind of conclusion is saying “If we found enough evidence that he did not commit a crime we would have said so”?? Can you really prove a negative?!? I don’t think so... If you search this whole universe and don’t find anything - the next universe awaits ...As Riveras said - - “...that is very weak - anything is possible ... I might play centerfield for the Red Sox next year “ ..., lol

that yielded nothing? I'll give my clients a report after two years on one of my investigations, make no conclusions, after spending millions of dollars, and see how they like it.

You mean the 2 year investigation that yielded 37 indictments and 5 guilty pleas? You know, the one that discovered how, when and who was responsible for Russia's interference in our political system? The same one that list 137 contacts between the Trump campaign/Company/Transition with Russian entitiies?
Or perhaps the one that resulted in 10 examples of Presidential obstruction of justice that was refered to Congress?

If people will go back and research the 1968 presidential election they will find the Soviet Union meddling in our election by reaching and meeting with Hubert Humphrey’s people who had very high positions in his campaign. They offering to financial assistance and other help to defeat Richard Nixon because of his tuff stand on communism.

Excellent point Wueagle. So what you're saying is if the Russians tried to help Nixon then it's not so bad that they helped Trump.
Wait....how did that work out for Nixon?

that Hillary committed crimes? I mean real evidence,, not right wing innuendo. The fact is that Hillary had the courage to sit in front of Trey Gowdy's partisan dog and pony show hearings for hours and answer questions without him being able to charge her with a thing. She allowed every staff member to appear. Our current President refuses to sit in front of the House in hearings and has advised his staff to be in contempt rather than appear. Whether he is guilty of anything or not, the whole thing is a publicity nightmare and stinks of cover-up, whether you are a Democrat, a Republican, or someone like me who votes the person and could care less about party affiliation. My two cents.

You are full of bullcrap. List the crimes found in the numerous investigations over more years than any Trump investigation. The so-called Mueller investigation was Republican sanctioned and initiated by a Republican president, Congress, Justice Department and AG's - all Republicans. Just because Mueller says they couldn't say Trump didn't commit crimes is no reason to disparage the investigation and the need to discover more - good or bad.

That is clearly not true. I didn't know you watched Hannity Spud.
The Mueller Report listed 10 separate occasions where Trump committed obstruction (evidence).
As they explained in the report, and Mueller re-iterated yesterday, they could not bring charges against a sitting President and referred the matter to Congress.
I encourage any and everyone to actually read Volume II of the report, which deals exclusively with obstruction. It's really an eye opener.

Mueller’s credibility is about to go down the toilet, if he has any left.
The whole investigation was a joke. His entire investigative team were Hillary donors! Including his “bulldog” Weismann.
He knew there was no collusion even potentially before the investigation started! It was an obstruction trap knowing that Trump would blow up.
The investigation is just getting started and it’s going to get ugly. The one campaign promise that is about to come true is trump “draining the swamp”

Mueller's Day Off
May 29, 2019, 9:28 PM
[ in reply to Re: Could Robert Mueller survive in the private sector?? ] |

And he is a happy happy guy to have finished his report.
Yaknow the nightly news should be put out by only 1 network. Espn has lots of experience so maybe they should get it. If they do, they should cover the nightly news the same way they cover the CFP. We'd get a Democrat version of the call of the day, a Republican version, a Commie Version, an Alt Right version, a Spanish speaking version and so forth. I'd like something like the Coach's Version with Clinton, Bush, Obama and for levity, Hillary talking about what they think about the days action.
Of course the ANCHOR PERSON version would be the best. I can hear'm taking turns night after night saying, I WAS GOBSMACKED!

questions. 1. When did you know that Trump was not guilty of collusions...(And boys, that was a long time ago that he knew that , yet he continued with this charade all the way through today). 2. Why did you not investigate as to whether or not the evidence showed that the collusion belonged to Hillary and the Democrats?

He should be fired for wasting all of the millions of tax payers $$$$$ he wasted in this Major Joke of an investigation.
Bureaucracy out of control! Some senators state probably much some huge profits from this useless sting that only makes some of our Law Enforcement look like incompetent.
For the most part our Law Enforcement individuals are of the highest caliber. I appreciate and respect the difficult jobs that you have to do each. Unfortunately, it’s investigations like this that make me question some of the higher ups that had to approve this sting.

One suggestion addressing his tremble during his presser was that he'd frail. I'm not sure he can survive the summer.

IMHO - Mueller said today .... you thought I did something - but during the very expensive two year investigation I actually ... did nothing... He should have added ... but - thanks very much for the two year gravy train ... lol
Obviously you didn't read the report.
And you clearly don't understand investigations or investigating.
Obama was investigated for:
The "gun-walking" program known as Fast & Furious
The Benghazi consulate terrorist attack in 2012
Alleged political bias at the Internal Revenue Service.
Loans to the solar company Solyndra
The botched 2014 launch of the Affordable Care Act website, healthcare.gov
Not to mention the 7 Congressional investigations of Hillary.
None of the above investigations yielded any indictments. None
By your logic, the Republicans did nothing for 6 years.
Further, prior to accepting the Special Council appointment Robert Mueller was
a partner at Wilmer-Hale, one of the largest law firms in the world.

Were you upset after the 7 Congressional investigations of Hilldawg?

Obama would have been found guilty of all those accusations you have stated but he, yes HE, corrupted every agency in the government and this is what we are still having to deal with today......Obama has all his cronies covering for him with all his corruption while in office but this is about to change.....once Barr puts the spotlight on all his little buddies they will all be singing like a bird and then the real truth will finally come out......Obama is the ring leader behind all this corruption and all the fingers will be directly pointed at him......the biggest thug and most corrupt person ever by far in American history.......with Hilary a very close second in that corruption ring......you can only lie so many times until the truth will finally come to the top of barrel......Go Tigers!!!!!
