And this is coming from someone currently critical of Dabo for keeping Cade in.
Y’all had to wait 13 long years to finally say I told ya so. You had to suffer through 12 straight 10+ win seasons, two national titles, a six year playoff run, and 3 of our greatest QBs ever. For 13 years y’all have been pulling for Clemson to fail. And now it’s finally paying off for y’all. Y’all whined about Dabo to begin with, y’all whined about Dabo during the six year playoff run, and now y’all are finally getting your day in the sun.
It drove y’all crazy that Dabo was able to come out of poverty and be successful. How dare he not be born rich, then get rich. The audacity!!! Y’all claimed he was just a cheerleader.
Dabo ain’t going nowhere. He has earned the right to have a down year. Not saying he shouldn’t be criticized, but wanting to get rid of him is beyond moronic. Calling him stubborn is absurdly false. He replaced Billy Napier with Chad Morris. He replaced Kevin Steele with Brent Venables. He replaced Brandon Streeter with Garrett Riley, although that hasn’t worked out so far. He has shown a willingness throughout his time here to improve the coaching staff.
No we are not going to get rid of our greatest coach ever, simply because you don’t like him. Now there does need to be a shake up on the offensive coaching staff after this season. But like I said before Dabo has always shown a willingness to make staff changes as needed.
I hope I’m wrong about Cade. But unlike the “I hate Dwabo” crowd, I will be pulling for a win this Saturday.
So to the “I hate Dwabo” crowd enjoy this season all you want, because we will get back to being a good team next season.

If the last ten years were so bad, they should try to find another team to support that never loses a game….. oh, wait, there isn’t one!

I don’t see but a handful of those posters, all with negative pulses and quite possibly coots. Most if not all people are just frustrated with Dabo and the on field performance. lol. We went after one or two lineman and who knows how good our effort was there(Pearman?). We are certainly not known as OLine U. We have needs at far more positions than just that one. We could have just about picked who we wanted to three years ago when our brand was at the top. And it would have most likely allowed us to stay at the top. But now.
I appreciate your support of Dabo. I too hope he stays until he retires but he has to start making serious changes at the end of this season. If he quadruples down many folks will lose the faith.
I see the rebuild necessary at this point to he at least a few years. Not looking great for next year but I hope I'm wrong.

And to the people that keep pounding that we have no room. Well that's because Dabo is not saving any spots. He is filling the roster with low level recruits to replace high profile misses and all the players that we do have transfer OUT through the portal.
Most of his decisions over the last three years have backfired. Which is ok. He just needs to start us going back in a positive direction

I didn’t say he shouldn’t be criticized. I myself am critical of him sticking with Cade at the moment. But there’s a big difference between that and the false notion that Dabo refuses to make changes when he just recently did this past season

Without the firing of about 3 position coaches and tbe bringing in of 5 or 6 portal impact players, you sir are going to be disappointed next season. Tbe rules of engagement have changed a top 10 recruiting class are no longer enough to get you and keep a program in tbe top 10 in tbe country. I don't have any faith in Dabo to make all the changes tbat are needed. But I'm keeping my money and selling my seats for next season. So I'm good with my TV, beer, and watching this train wreck from a safe distance!!

To be honest if we make the proper changes on the offensive coaching staff we could be a playoff contender with it expanding to 12 teams next year. We have two of the top ten high school WRs coming in and a running back with great speed coming in.
