Players care more about the next NIL deal or next post on social media …. I miss the social media ban honestly … but college football has changed a lot since we were on top of the mountain and unless changes are made I expect much if the same unfortunately

Those teams were not on social media. That was their own rule. They were focused. No NIL then. You’ll never have a Clemson team self impose no social media again.

Shipley is a dog that runs through everyone and picks up several yards beyond what he should everytime he touches the ball. Woodaz is a dog but everyone seems to have forgotten that shot he put on the pass to the flat early in the game. Mafah is a bowling ball that will have a much tighter grip on the rock for the rest of the season. This team is loaded with studs who all received a humbling wakeup call tonight.
The rest of the season will be a treat to watch.

This is the correct answer. I was saying all night we need some dogs (not kitty kats). Woodaz, Mafah, and Shipley are the dogs I've seen so far. Will anyone/everyone else step up??

I think Mafah lost the rock in the Carolina game too. Unfortunately, we have to learn how to win again after the past couple of years. When I say win, I mean put teams away.
Another think that hurts us, was the free Covid year. It mess up normal graduation turnover from guys that wouldn’t make the pros to just decent players, not elite ones. Cade wasn’t really scanning the field, which didn’t help either. So, we got whipped by a team on a mission.

This was Duke's Super Bowl and they think we made their season. Many players did not play to their ability and got the wakeup call they deserved. These Tigers will rebound in a big way.
