"Bama's new wrinkles"

So what are all these new offensive wrinkles that I keep hearing about? I believe one of the players even said Sark should have been the O coordinator the entire season. Are they that desperate or is there actually something to it? What say you?

That is the way I am leaning as well. I just don't think there is enough time to deviate from what they have been doing.

Please either provide indisputable proof of that statement or keep that ignorant blather to yourself...

Lol, not rustled at all my friend. I would love to have him prove that Saban has EVER blamed an assistant for a loss though...

Saban didn't fire Kiffin 'cuz he thought Lane did

a great job against Washington....And they didn't even lose that one
I think it's great Saban gives wayward coaches a second chances--TALENTED wayward coaches, that is--but even I had some misgivings about the Sarkisian hire before an effective rehab process took place

Saban never BLAMED Kiffin for anything other than being distracted in getting the team ready to face Washington. We won that one so even that doesn't really count. I actually was more concerned about bringing in Kiffin than I am about Sarkisian. I think he will do just fine for a year or so, maybe longer...

Seems to me that ole' Big Bad Bammer is a tad bit nervous of little ole' Clemson. I think the elephants come out and play tight. At least at the beginning.
