every year. I am bored of them. I'm not sure there is anyone else worth playing every year though. Maybe Miami. But Tech is boring

New 3-5-5 scheduling approved from 23 to 26. Three opponents every year and then the other 5 alternate so you play in every stadium at least 1 every 4 years.
That being said our 3 teams are FSU, GT, NC State. So no end in sight. But I’ll happily pay them back for years for spoiling our first ACCCG that they had to then vacate.

Nope. GT is one of Clemson's 3 permanent rivals and makes a ton of sense. It's not changing. Clemson recruits the state of Georgia heavily and it doesn't hurt to tell a recruit they will play in their home state a couple of times in their career.

Correct. Good exposure in Georgia and a guaranteed win for the foreseeable future. Back half of the schedule is brutal.

Atlanta is close and saves a bunch on all the travel and such. It's also a solid high school football area so home away from home games pays dividends.
I never tire of beating them on the field and on the court. Even if we split up the ACC into football schools and non down the line to leverage better media revenue, and they were on the other side, I'd like to see us play them annually.

Syracuse would be the team I would drop. Just don’t like them or the area at all.
Boston, is probably the coolest city to visit in the ACC otherwise I wish we never had to play Boston College as well.

They are our long-standing ACC rival, separated by a two hour drive. The two schools have some commonalities and a mutual respect for one another. There is a lot of history there. I’d be sad if we didn’t play them every year.

at home every other year. I don't know if you recall they changed the schedule and played us in Clemson 2 years in a row so we would not be a home game the same year as UGA. Need an even revenue stream. No one else in conf. would give them the pay day we do.

It only sucks playing them now because they're not good. Back when they were a really decent or good team, those games were always entertaining. I'd like to get a winning overall record against them before we ever hang up the rivalry which is still a long ways away.

I expect GT is the Tigers oldest rival. Back to the days of Heisman. That is one team we should play every year. That was a really big game back in my days as a student.

Yes I agree with the permanent opponents. It has kind of run its course imo.
The old Coastal division was overall very bad. May have been better served to move some teams around, kept divisions and in turn kept more teams in the race.
