In the past we’ve always had great on field leaders (Lawrence, Wilkins, Boulware, Henry, etc)
I don’t see anyone on the field this season that comes anywhere close to being a field general so to speak.
Another indicator that something isn’t right in the locker room/facilities.

I've seen it before in business, in the Army, in various organizations, including football teams.

Need some leadership on the field…-.these current players seem so timid, and having a hard time anticipating any play Presnap….and just getting pushed around. I hate it for them I know they want it. We have enough of a sample this year to know what we are. Mediocre on D and just plain weak as he!l on O. I mean JHC Nancy state beat our ### w 9 first downs, someone better keep the locker room from imploding. Man…I need a rum drink

The 2 penalties were by guys that have been here for 6 years. (X. Thomas and S. Jones)
Just inexcusable.
I do think there are a few guys on defense that generally play well and lead, but it's more by example.
The defense does enough to keep us in games. But they aren't changing the game at this point.
Not sure I see the leadership anywhere on offense.

And Dabo kept saying before the season this was the best leadership and accountability he's seen. Why why lie so blatantly. That's not even fair to the players. He sold em down the river

for the past 2 years certainly. agree 100.
lack of leadership on each side of the ball has clearly been missing. in the past, you could easily identify the team leaders. for 2 years now - i couldn’t tell you.
