I mean yeah, adding more members keeps the ACC from completely dissolving to where it doesn't exist anymore. But at what cost? (Literally and figuratively).

Any information coming from Andrea Adelson and David Hale needs to be taken with a very large grain of salt. They are both tied to ESPN and source criticism needs to be exercised. Especially when they start touting the "benefits" of adding potentially three teams that don't move the needle.

So, it's kind of like getting tickets to the Taylor Swift concert. You were late to the party and the only seats left were in the last 2 rows at the top of the stadium. You overpaid $1000 for a ticket just to say you were at the concert but then you spent all night watching the big screen because you were too far away to actually see her on stage. The B1G and SEC say hello from the front row.

BTW, I'm not a fan either but like her or not, she is the hardest ticket to get and the one breaking all of the attendance records right now so I kind of thought it was the right analogy.

Sounds like they want to add teams but don't really know what they are getting into. Just like the stupid GOR deal they did a few years ago. "Let's just add schools because it looks/sounds good."
