ACC CAN'T FILE A LAWSUIT

Against Clemson until they call a meeting of all ACC members and vote for the ACC to file a lawsuit against Clemson. Unlike the ACC backdating a supposed vote by ACC members to sue FSU, the ACC will actually have to get the vote.

If 5 or 6 more schools want out of the ACC, do you think they would vote to sue Clemson? That would not look good for them when they file their law suits.

It will be an interesting vote and I would not look for the ACC to file a suit in NC immediately. They rushed to file suit against FSU TO TRY and get venue in N.C. court before FSU Filed suit in Fl. giving FSU venue in Fl.

So, now the ACC will be defending lawsuits in 2 different states.

The straw that broke the Tiger's back was the ACC caving to the BIG/SEC on the CFP Revenue screwing Clemson got.

The ACC is dead. We will know before the start of the Clemson/Ga. game the date of our leaving the ACC.

I doubt the playoff revenue had anything to do with the suit. I based it on timing as our suit took months to prepare so the wheels were in motion long before the uneven playoff revenue was voted in

The same ones that supposedly voted yes to the FSU lawsuit would vote yes again to save their cash cows . The program that should be called out is VA Trch bc supposedly they were one of the yes votes . I hope they die on the vine along with BC, Syracuse and Wake . The one that puzzles me is SMU. Supposedly they voted no and I didn’t think they had voting powers yet

Be a basketball only conference with the current ACC members that aren't wanted elsewhere plus the mid majors around the east coast.
