Don’t hire people you can’t fire. Dabo has hired way too many friends. He’s a very loyal person and that’s awesome but not to the downfall of the program. Dabo can do it, but it’s going to be harder than I thought.

do the job he was hired for, he needs to let him get rid of a couple of coaches and bring in people to help him get it done with his vision

With the offense. Did Dabo not let Riley bring his coaches? Or did those coaches look at the situation in Clemson and go? Oh no thank you?

If you remember, during the introductory press conference, Dabo did not say Riley was coming to Clemson to bring his Air Raid offense here, Dabo said "He is coming here to run the Clemson offense." When he said that at the time, I remember thinking to myself, then why hire the guy??

How about realizing that when you are on top is when a business is most vulnerable? You can’t continue with your old ways of doing business forever. You have to continue to make good decisions and keep your product or service fresh and competitive. This was Dabo’s own advice when he was advising companies. He failed to head his own advice.
