do I lose my fan card? I’d gladly lose the money, but I think betting with my brain and not my heart shouldn’t reflect on my loyalty. I know I’m not the only one who thinks we’re headed for an ### beating. This is their Super Bowl, and they actually have a team capable of being up 30-3 at the half, on the road, vs the #3 team in the country. Our Tigers could never even dream of scoring 30 in a half vs ANY SEC team.
I’m curious what the line will open up as. For me, it would be -3.5 for SCAR. If it’s a push or Clemson is favored, it would be foolish not to bet against ‘em.

I was starting to be cautiously optimistic until Parks and Jacobs were both lost for the year. IMO that does not bode well as the majority of our struggles with running the ball have been at guard. Blake has had his struggles at times in pass pro and Stewart will be a handful.

I was worried last year how our OL and DL would hold we against them. We held our on, should have had two dozen sacks if it wasn’t for Superman at QB. We didn’t allow a sack if I recall.
While I do think SC has looked better than us this year, I think we will be ready and hold our on.

front and mindset of players. Let's face it, this is different than so many USUC games of recent memory. Neither team is playing for a big bowl or playoff spots, or playoff positioning. USUC can't even go to a bowl. They wont even be playing to play spoiler to keep us out of the playoffs or from going to a bowl. They have nothing to play for except pride. So do some of their players mail it in, start looking to the portal, do they even care?
Same for our side. We should have a bowl locked up so how motivated will we be. We wont be playing for playoff spots or the chance at a big bowl game. Do some of our players start looking toward the NFL or portal?
So it all comes down to which team shows up and wants to play for pride. For this reason and this reason only I will stick with our Tigers. Say what you want about them and this years results, but they dont seem like a team thats going to just quit. Based on prior years, the same cant be said about our feathered friends.

So South Carolina wins, you get a chunk of extra pocket money to spend on the family at Christmas so that offsets the pain of losing to SC.
On the other hand, Clemson wins, you lose a little money but heck yeah Clemson BEAT SC!

Personal rule of my own. I do not bet on Clemson games or Buffalo Bills games.
Most of the time you are not thinking straight when it comes to teams you pull for.
I say it’s your money do what you want to but I hope you lose.

I don't bet, but have paid attention the spread a lot over the years. Most of the time I've noticed that it would've been a bad idea had anyone bet on Carolina. I can't guess what the spread will be on our game. I hope we win, but I'm not optimistic right now, we can't seem to get out of our own way.
