So the ACC goes 4-0 against the SEC and it was because...

"it was against the week SEC-East." Bowl season comes around and the Big10 beats up on the SEC and they are experiencing a "renaissance."
Could it possibly be that the SEC just wasn't that good?

Maybe because the ACC and Big10 are much better than given credit for.

Just happens to be that the Big10 and SEC play tons of bowl games against each other.

Much st also beat Baylor, who wanted to be in playoff.
I'd say with OSU, Michigan, penn st, Wisconsin, Mich st, and Nebraska, the big 10 is having a resurgence. Some big coaching hires.

You just listed three schools that replaced their coaches.

Granted Michigan made a big-name hire, but to say that the Big Ten is going through a resurgence when they only had three teams ranked at the end of the year and Wisconsin, Nebraska and Michigan are all getting new head coaches...that's a bit premature, in my opinion. Plus Michigan State's stellar DC just went to Pitt.
Poor Wisconsin. Finish in the Top 15 and your coach leaves for Oregon State.
I do agree, however, that Ohio State looks to be poised for a huge run (as long as they avoid playing ACC teams). I can't believe that kid was their third-string QB. He looked like a seasoned veteran out there.

As you said, harbaugh is a home run.
Wisconsin is gonna be Wisconsin. Chryst just left there a couple of years ago. He's a wisky guy. Don't see a big loss there. They are going to pound you and be elite if they get decent QB play. Same as always.
Riley is a very underrated hire in my opinion. Will they be great? Who knows. Bottom line is that those are 6 schools that truly will put the resources in to excel.
Does the ACC have 6 that care that much?

Harbaugh had better be a home run because they just mortgaged the University for him.
If Wisconsin is going to be the same as they were, then that's hardly a resurgence.
Riley seems like a fine hire. But it's turnover. You never know.

I see one person picking Michigan State. More people picked FSU and Clemson than Michigan State.
Relax...they might be awesome as a conference. I'm just saying that massive coaching turnover is usually not something that results in immediate improvement.

Bovada is biggest online sports bookmaker. They have mich st. woth better odds of winning it all than anyone from ACC.
They likely don't make playoff though because they likely would have to beat OSU.

I think that it was mainly b/c they just didn't want to be their and play the game. There is a lot of that in the sec these days and seasons!!!
