he throws strikes right down the middle and doesn't get the call. The only place he has to throw to is the hitters bat

I agree! That umpire is mostly the fault for that inning! He has been calling Neck high strikes all night for NCstates Stone, but he obviously doesnt realize that a ball thrown above the knees is a strike! That should have been a strikeout! And 2 outs! Which means you pitch the next batter differently! Plus an idiot move by legget for leaving Gosset in after the basehit scoring 2 runs.

too fat to bend over, one of those pitches was a perfect drop curve ball and called ball.
