now rather than later. Delaying this will cause other schools to try and jump us. Let the Big 12 extend the invitation and get it done.

They know what it will say in principle, and even know projected revenue.

There are two holdups right now:

1) Waiting to know what Notre Dame is going to do

2) Waiting for GT to crap or get off the pot.
