Knowing ALL you know now, if you could go back in time with that knowledge, would you still have taken the Covid vaccine shot(s)?

If it meant being able to travel yes. That is why I took it before. As far as the vaccine, I am not worried about it and I am a vaccine supporter and I believe in COVID vaccines for the most vulnerable.

Same here. No way to get into Europe without it when I got it before. Wasn't anti vaccine or anything but it seemed obvious at the time it wasnt needed at my age. Would still get it if I had to but wouldn't otherwise, just like before.

So I did. He tells me that I dont need the boosters so I don't get em. Easy peasey lemon squeezey. If you trust your doctor follow his or her recommendations; if you dont why are you going to them in the first place? One thing is for certain; imma trust my doctor a hale of a lot more than the Twitter whackjobs RTD keeps posting.

Truthful answer is no, if I could go back I would have kept with the 1/2 face rubber p100 mask. I happened to be one of the semi rare folks that got tinnitus from it. It sucks!

Awwwww hell, i have tinnitus too but I would never pin it on some dum #### reason like that. It's just a matter of ageing IMHO. I was in the Moderna trial group and had the first two doses in August and Sept. of 2020 and 4 boosters since. I had both knees replaced since to go with my 2 replaced hips in 2007 and 2018 and still walk 100 miles per month and golf all i want. Also have a fatty liver and pulmonary hypertension (maybe) as well as cancer twice in 2015 (prostate} and 2024 (thyroid). NONE of this is related to the covid vaccination and hell yes, i would do it the same way again. Some people are survivors I guess and some are complainers. Be a survivor is my advice.

It’s not some big personal decision that needs to be made. I wanted to lower my chances of getting seriously sick from it, so I got the vaccine and went on about my day. Now that Covid is similar to the flu I don’t get it, but at the time it was the smart thing to do.

"All causes of death to date" kinda distorts the date don't ya think? People are always looking to place blame somewhere else. And that keeps lawyers employed i guess.

Insurance company actuarial data is the gold standard re morbidity data
1
Sep 18, 2025, 9:09 PM
[ in reply to Re: Yes. Getting a vaccine is not a big deal. ] |
|
The ‘total morbidity from all causes’ data comes from insurance companies’ actuarial data.
Actuarial data is as important to insurance companies as is insider trading information to Cingressional Representatives.
In other words, the lifeblood of the insurance companies. No insurance company can exist in the competitive market of insurance providers if they compromise their data for political ideology purposes.
The insurance companies know that the ‘all causes of death’ numbers are hugher in the vaccinated population than in the unvaccinated population.
This fact directly contradicts what our (corrupt) health agencies recommend. The health agencies most vigorously recommend that older individuals (I.e., the group most likely to suffer COVID fatality if they get the virus) take the vax to improve their chances of living a longer, healthier life. Perhaps the older people who choose not to take the shot are the ones that have ‘excess vitality’ and thus skew the actuarial morbidity statistics to favor the unvaxxed populatiin. Perhaps the panicky younger people who had never made the adjustment (I.e., figured out that that our health agencies were wrong [and never issued highly publicized retractions of their 2021 messaging] and that the COVID vax was NOT needed for younger people because the health agencies never recommended AGAINST younger people taking the vax) kept taking the vax and enough of them ended up dying at a young age from myocarditis and pericarditis to skew that ‘all morbidity causes’ state in favor of the non-vaxxed population. Perhaps young children who were fortunate enough to not have been relegated to early-life death by not being forced to take the vaccine skewed the data in favor of the non-vaxed as having lower overall excess deaths than the vaxxed kids.
Most likely, the combination of the above is what went into the actuarially derived statistics that revealed vax- takers as dying earlier than vax-avoiders.

Yes. I’ve had no issues at all. Took 4 shots total. Got Covid in August 2024 for the 1st time while on a cruise. It didn’t kick in until the day we got off the boat. Had no loss of taste or smell and felt like a 24 hour virus.
