Considering Ngata/Ladson/Williams/ajou have all been somewhat injury prone there's room for another WR
I don't know anything about Antonio or what position he would be at

Maybe you're right but why should they leave? Only reason they don't get on the field is when they're injured (other than ajou who we knew was a project when we recruited him)

McShay just put Ngata at #124 in his overall draft rankings. Unfortunately for us, if he somehow grades in the 3rd or 4th round, the smart move is to bounce with such a wildcard at QB.

the past 2 years with injuries and its worth taking an extra guy. At least the young guys will be experienced next year. Should be a solid position group....assuming someone can throw them the ball.

We may not know names but we know positions and body types and that isn’t changing come august. Here lies the problem.
9: boundary wr that can take the top off deep and typically is the big body wr who can win jump balls (Williams/Higgins): That would be in no particular order based on body Collins twins, EJ, Ajou, Ladson, Ngata.
5: field position who runs crisp routes and gets open (renfrow). I have no idea who this is and I don’t think the coaches do either. Best guess Stellato or maybe Spector?
2: slot guy who is quick twitch make a man miss and house it (Amari or Artavis) I think Taylor was heading that way. Coaches also realize the void here and you see 23 commit Ray Ray to fix the issue after missing on the TX kid.
As for Williams my best guess would be 5 but he may have enough wiggle to play 2.
Either way we have too many wr who look the same and only can play 9.

We definitely need his skill set in that WR room. We are still lacking that explosive playmaker that can be a threat in the screen game. Beaux, Spector, Stellato, and Will Taylor will be effective in the slot next year. That is a position we are desperately missing this year, but it looks to be in good hands next year. As of right now though, we'll still be lacking that Sammy Watkins type of playmaker.

Sammy Watkins was a rare breed. Not going to find too many like that. My goodness he was so fun to watch. I will never forget that Thursday night Maryland game where he took over.

Wouldn't Nathaniel Joseph fit into that 5/2 position? Is he 2022?

I believe the 2-man is the field wr and the 5-man is in the slot.

Beaux Collins is a star in the making. Some good things do come out of California. He was a big time player in high school.

I could see either Collins or Ajou taking the starting job

from Ngata, either from a consistency, or injury standpoint. It would not surprise me if we do in fact feature "The Twin Towers" (Both Collinses) at some point as starters.
We need reliable pass catchers, and the new guys are already showing signs of surpassing the older guys in that regard.

Go ahead and take Ngata and Ladson off that list. They can’t make it through a half a season. Ajou has to learn to block In order to play, there’s plenty of room for one more receiver

Sounds about right.
Ngata showed improvement this year when healthy. Not a Ladson believer between his drops and injuries. I like EJ, of course, he is injured too. Bad coaching job with Ajou - too much athleticism to get no reps and play behind Swinney.
Will Beaux stay if DJ leaves? Lots of potential. Dacari and Stellato certainly have potential.
A good if not proven group. Need a QB. Hopefully, C. Klubnick by game 4-5.

On Ajou Ajou. If he is playing behind Swinney, then someone better remove all the sharp objects and guns from his apartment cause that in all likelihood would make him suicidal, at best.
