Word is, FSU got a new successful HC, and it's going to get tougher for us to grab top talent out of Florida until Mike Norvell fails, and if he is successful at FSU, recruiting Florida will get harder than it was with FSU down, our only help will be to keep beating FSU more than we lose!!!

Scott has been an amazing asset @ Clemson - but - FLA is already heavily recruited.
Clemson's brand is stronger there now than most of the teams in FLA (FSU, UF, Miami, etc).
He's a phenomenal coach and he'll make it happen - but I doubt we lose sleep over it.

The bammer brand is nationwide and yet they are starting to falter. When saban goes.....

No. I'm not comparing Scott to Saban. But to say that Scott doesnt have recruiting prowess, its probably one of the main reasons he got that job. You can also see what has happened to their recruiting as more and more coaches go through that turnstile. Rest on your laurels and you'll fall behind

You beat me to it. Bama is a couple of plays/injuries away from being in the playoffs.
Auburn may have won that game on the scoreboard but yardage was 507-354 with the backup QB and a depleted defense

Well I'll say after looking at the senior highlights he is one of the best I've seen in a while at actually contesting jump balls. Not sure what his vertical is, but he is getting up there.

I have mixed feelings about DK moving back to WR. He's doing really well and strong cover corners are so hard to find.
Booth definitely has the physical tools to be an elite CB, even better than DK. Maybe one of our best ever. But that is yet to play out.
I firmly believe Fred Davis will be an impact player; probably the most overlooked member of our 2020 class.
Gotta trust our great coaching staff if this move happens.

And with Davis Allen coming on and with Galloway back, I think the Tigers will be utilizing their tight ends a bit more in 2020.
