meteoric rise, is it too late to spend the BOpps $40mil on re-engineering LJ into an indoor softball venue?
Is there any doubt softball's cute, ~little league field would fit comfortably in LJ's friendly confines?
Moving deeper into ideation, a retractable roof would be a nice addition and offer a panoramic backdrop to any moon shots?
Thoughts?

although it I do like seeing softball played outdoors. Littlejohn would make a nice indoor practice facility for the Lady Tigers though.

I'd anticipate them lowering the field level or other in accommodation.
Quantity is one of the five pillars of buzz sessions and very much appreciated.

by just selectively lowering the ground level of the field further down for more powerful batters like Cagle, etc.
Hydraulic technology is becoming much more reliable and cost efficient these days.

could go towards another Title IX addition or many might feel pouring it into the Golden Goose to be more appropriate.
In his letter, Graham made it clear that the NC2A is an expectation of Bradball. When given the opportunity to move in a different direction after Bradball failed to make the tournament, Neff balked at a replacement.
What's interesting is not long before Neff was demanding the Atlantic Coast Conference move to a keep what you kill revenue distribution model, but when given the opportunity to make the 2nd largest revenue option better, Graham instead made excuses.
That contradiction seems oddly timed & placed; would it be surprising if an ACC member[s] called Neff on it?

The program has become a bit of an albatross around the neck of CU athletics. I for one am against continuing to throw good money after bad.
I am assuming the women's basketball team would move to Fike? I like the tradition of playing women's BB in this historic venue.
After all, the women need to be rewarded for winning games in the post season. It is clearly a program on the rise.

You really have to appreciate the engineering marvel that is LJC, that you can remove the floor and foundation and just dig it deeper. Make you wonder just how far down it could go with ladders and completely vertical seating

I say split the dough. LJ could easily be converted to a hockey rink for men and…wait for it….ladies. Use residual for expansion of seating at softball venue. Probably could still pocket enough savings for pep bands for both.
